Gorgeous wood burning fire makes this even more cosy in winter. Reverse cycle air conditioning & ceiling fans ensure a comfortable stay. Just a 5 min drive to Mt Martha village & beaches or a relaxed 25 minute walk via Balcombe Estuary boardwalk, this is the perfect place to embrace all the Peninsula has to offer. Fully fenced for pooches. (I also own a cat so please bear this in mind if you are allergic to traces of cat fur). Registration number STRA0598/21. The layout in this stunning coastal home comprises a generous sized kitchen, featuring brand new Fisher & Paykel appliances and large Caesarstone benchtop overlooking the casual living and dining area with stylish timber floors. The kitchen offers a large 90cm induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher and microwave.
The large lounge room features 3 sofas and generous a 65in Smart TV while the causal living area has two sofas and 55in Smart TV. Access to Netflix, Apple TV and Prime provided.
The house is extremely comfortable in all weather, with reverse cycle air conditioning and heating throughout, and ceiling fans in all living areas.
